HARRISON, NY-The Westchester Medical Group has signed a lease for 8,119 square feet at the 155,000-sf Harrison Executive Park on Westchester Avenue in the Town of Harrison.

STAMFORD, CT-The Connecticut law firm Shipman & Goodwin LLP has shifted its Stamford office to 25,000 sf of space at 300 Atlantic St., according to Choyce Peterson Inc. of Stamford and White Plains, NY, which brokered the deal.

ELMSFORD, NY-An Anaheim, CA-based wholesale lending company has signed a lease for almost 26,000 sf of space at 555 Taxter Road in Elmsford for a new regional office. The firm eventually hopes to have as many as 200 employees work at the operation.
