WESTMINSTER, CO- Jim Sullivan's latest plan for 77 acres along busy Sheridan Boulevard call for less than half the amount of retail space in his previous proposal, but opponents still point to 500,000 sf of vacant space here.

DENVER-An $8.5-million certificate of participation issued by the city and county of Denver will be repaid with zoo admission fees. Also, financing came from $7.5 million from the zoo's improvement bond fund as well as $1.5 million from Denver's neighborhood improvement bond fund.
LAKEWOOD, CO-The Denver-based sports retailer is taking 44,000 sf, while Off Broadway Shoes takes 23,000 sf. Another Denver-based company, United Artists Theatres, will anchor Colorado Mills' E Street outdoor entertainment and dining promenade.
