CENTENNIAL, CO-An Irvine, CA-based company paid just under $104 per sf for an office/flex property along the southeast corridor. Built in 2001, Arapahoe Peoria Business Park is 77% occupied by tenants including American Honda, Grainger and Pulte Mortgage.
