ATLANTA-Harbour Point Estates Inc. of suburban Alpharetta, GA paid $12.4 million for Chapel Hill Commons, a month-old, 101,000-sf property anchored by a Kroger supermarket. The sellers were developers Trammell Crow Co. and Faison Enterprises.
