MIAMI-The suit alleges that as the manager of Shore Club, Morgans, its founder Ian Schrager and other principals, "systematically" transferred Shore Club income and redirected guests to the nearby Delano Hotel, which is owned by a Morgans affiliate. Morgans officials say the company will respond to the lawsuit in court.
