OAK BROOK, IL-Any or all of the company's 6-million-sf suburban office portfolio can be had. The company has hired Cushman & Wakefield to help them weigh offers for asset sales or a deal involving the entire company.
CHICAGO-Brighton Trading Inc. and Nickel Composite Coating, Inc. each pay $675,000 buildings in Forest View and Bedford Park, respectively. While Nickel Composite Coating Inc. pays $45 per sf, Brighton Trading gets 31,400 sf, paying less than $22 per sf.
