CHICAGO-Coca-Cola is leasing 208,000 sf at 1401 N. Cicero Ave., an 18-year-old industrial building formerly used by Helene Curtis and Unilever. The company will use the facility to relocate distribution operations now in the Pilsen neighborhood, as well as in the suburbs of Alsip and Niles.
