BOCA RATON, FL-The pharmaceutical company leased office/flex space here from APOC Office LLC in a deal estimated to be valued at $1.03 million.
BOYNTON BEACH, FL-The $26.45 million, 312-unit luxury market-rate rental community here is scheduled to be finished by March. Alliance Construction began work on the 13-building complex, which is 50% occupied and 60% leased, in October 2001.
MIAMI-The 355-unit, market-rate, luxury rental community has 17 courtyard-style buildings located on a 20-acre site on Military Trail in West Palm Beach, FL. Units rent for $830 to $1,300 a month.
HOLLYWOOD, FL-The two South Florida companies just formed a joint venture to develop the $200 million Ocean Palms on Hollywood Beach here. The ultra-luxury condominium development will comprise 250 units costing between $400,000 and $2 million.
MIAMI-The law firm Adorno & Yoss inked a deal to lease 55,000 sf for 12 years in the 12-story, class A office building, called 2525 Ponce de Leon, where the rental range is $32 to $34 per sf. The Coral Gables, FL building is scheduled to break ground this quarter.
MIAMI-Tom Salomone, who has been named president of the Florida Association of Realtors, is broker and owner of Real Estate II Inc., which has offices in Coral Springs, Margate and Boynton Beach, FL.
MIAMI-The two transactions, which total $10 million, include two office buildings and a vacant lot, where that buyer is planning to build a 50,000-sf-plus office building and/or restaurant.
MIAMI-Spec investors 81-82 High Ridge Development LLC bought vacant lots 81 and 82, at High Ridge Road and Gateway Boulevard, from Boynton Industrial Realty Corp. No plans have been announced for the land.
MIAMI-701 Minor Road LLC paid $59.37 per sf to the Norbert R. McNamara Jr. Trust for the 16,000-sf project in Hypoluxo, FL. The buildings, which are 100% occupied, are more than 25 years old.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Fairfield Residential Inc. just purchased 29.5 acres of here to build the luxury community. Gould Electronics Inc. and Palm Beach Commerce Center Associates sold the land, in Vista Center Corporate Park, for approximately $9.5 million.
