COCONUT GROVE, FL-The Miami-based developer expects to open a sales center in May and finish building the 151-unit development in two years. The sizable units will be priced from the $600,000s to more than $5 million.
FORT MYERS BEACH, FL-The 92-beachfront-unit White Sand Villas is located at the company's Pink Shell Beach Resort here. Boykin also is planning to start construction of the 43-unit Captiva Villas this summer.
