FORT MYERS, FL-An entity controlled by Paragon Realty Group of Southport, CT, paid close to $93.32 per sf to Lef/Cypress Lake LLC for Cypress Lakes Shopping Center, located in a dominant retail intersection here. Anchor tenants are TJ Maxx, Staples and HomeGoods.
