FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Liberty is renovating the 102,000-sf vacant office property to increase its value and expects the building to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2004. No leases have been signed yet.

MIAMI-The 8,500-sf lease is estimated to be worth about $2.72 million. Espirito Santo Plaza, the 35-story, class A office tower, condominium and luxury hotel under development here, is planning a December occupancy.

BOCA RATON, FL-The 102,309-sf, class A office complex here obtained the financing through Principal Global Investors, a portfolio lender and life company. The refinancing was arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP.

MIAMI-The 53-building Miami International Commerce Center houses about 275 tenants, mostly smaller businesses, in a variety of distribution, warehouse and service properties. The buildings were built between the late 1970s and this year.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL-Jeff Mooallem is president of LEAD Commercial Realty LLC, a full-service firm based here. The company's first development is expected to break ground early next year.
