LEXINTON, MA-In a deal that is a shot in the arm for this struggling market, Antigenics leases 160,000 sf of office, R&D and biotech lab space at 3 Forbes Rd. The Bullfinch Cos. recently renovated the building.

WOBURN, MA-O'Charley's Inc. completes its $160 million acquisition of Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, a locally based chain. The deal involves 74 locations throughout the New England region and marks Nashville, TN-based O'Charley's entrance into the area.

TAUNTON, MA-In a deal that demonstrates the continued strength of the area's industrial market, SunLife purchases an 86,400-sf building in the Myles Standish Industrial Park from Midas Corp. for $3.25 million. The Itasca, IL-based company has leased back the facility as part of the deal.
