BOSTON-Crum & Foster leases 22,047 sf at 60 State St. in a sublease deal from the Pioneer Group. The insurance company is relocating some of its operations from the suburbs and a broker involved notes that the current market is perfect for tenants looking to make that move.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-Biogen Inc. renews its lease on 56,136 sf of space at 4 Cambridge Center. The deal represents only a portion of the eight floors the biotech company occupies in this 198,295-sf, 12-story building in Kendall Square.
