BOSTON-The Boston Redevelopment Authority wants the four finalists bidding to develop Hayward Place, a valuable piece of real estate located in the heart of the city, to agree to meet its funding schedule. The city chose four finalists for the $23-million project this past March.
WILMINGTON, MA-Archon Group leases 84,111-sf of its industrial space to four firms. Federal Express takes 39,727 sf while Mayo Medical commits to 28,229 sf and Opto-line Associates and Directory Distribution Associates ink deals for 9,750 sf and 6,405 sf respectively.
LOWELL, MA-Eltech Electronics expands its East-Coast base of operations by doubling its space at 790-800 Chelmsford St. in Connector Park. The Singapore-based electronics equipment manufacturer increased its industrial space from 35,000-sf to 70,000 sf.
