BOSTON-The Boston Redevelopment Authority allows FleetBoston Pavilion to extend the lease on its four-acre waterfront site. The agency tells GlobeSt.com that if a more suitable tenant comes along it will give FleetBoston a year's notice before terminating its lease.
NORWOOD, MA- UK-based Aga Foodservice Group crosses the pond with its acquisition of Domain Home Fashions, a home furnishings retailer headquartered here, for $25 million.
MARLBOROUGH, MA- Newton, Massachusetts-based New England Development seeks a special permit to develop a 126,000-sf Target store on a 20-acre parcel it owns here right near Solomon Pond Mall. It's the second large development recently proposed for this town.
LEXINGTON, MA- Raytheon Co. considers selling its headquarters location here to relocate. A company spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that the company is looking for more modern facilities and is committed to staying in the Greater Boston area.
