BOSTON-Hanify & King leases 25,000 sf here on the 21st floor of One Beacon St., the 34-story, 1.1 million-sf financial district office building. The law firm is looking to expand its space.
BOSTON-Standish Mellon Asset Management commits to 80,000 sf here at One Boston Place. The company is vacating 100,000 sf at One Financial Center and the deal is indicative of a growing trend towards consolidation in the marketplace here, an industry expert tells GlobeSt.com.
