NATICK, MA-The Natick Mall gets its second anchor tenant for its 550,000-sf expansion as Neiman Marcus signed on for a 100,000-sf store. The retailer will join Nordstrom, which is also opening a store in the expansion.

BOSTON-Two office leases are signed for Ten Post Office Square. North American Management, a wealth management firm, is leasing 14,213 sf while Stonebridge Associates LLC, an investment bank, is leasing 6,394 sf. The 242,000-sf, 14-story building is located in the heart of the city's financial district.

BOSTON-A year after Boston Wharf's deal to sell its entire 44-building portfolio in South Boston to Tishman Speyer Properties fell through, the company is selling 10 of those buildings occupied by Thomson Financial to HDG Mansur Capital Group LLC.

DANVERS, MA-The Tower at Northwoods secured $17.2 in permanent financing. The 11-story, 184,616-sf Class A office building is located in the Northwoods Business Park and is fully leased with Copyright Clearance Center as its anchor tenant.

ARLINGTON, MA-North Bennett Street School leases 9,420 sf of office space at 60 Lowell St. The space is located in one of three consecutive industrial buildings that were previously occupied by Babcock Davis. The North End-based school will use the space for two of its classes.

BURLINGTON, MA-Lahey Clinic acquires 29 Mall Rd. from Hewlett Packard Co. The teaching hospital, which is affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine, paid $8 million for the 100,000-sf property, which has been vacant since last year.

BOSTON-Circles leases 22,885 sf at 300 A Street and becomes the newly redeveloped building's first tenant. The 112,000-sf Class A property is located in Fort Point Channel near South Station, Logan Airport and Routes 90 and 93.

BOSTON-Delphi Technology leases 19,682 sf at 125 Summer St., a 22-story, 463,691-sf Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Boston. The company is relocating from its previous 12,000-sf location at 201 Broadway in Cambridge.
