BOSTON-The state's affordable housing bank made an $11.9-million loan commitment for Westland Avenue Apartments, a 96-unit development located in the Fenway neighborhood and also made a $3.6-million loan commitment for Cedar Meadows, a 59-unit mixed-income rental development in East Falmouth.
BOSTON-The law firm is leasing 14,259 sf of space on the 13th floor of 100 Cambridge St. and becomes the first-ever private tenant occupying the 570,000-sf building in its 39-year history. MassDevelopment renovated the former state building.
CAMBRIDGE, MA-Banta Integrated Media renews its lease for 14,662 sf at 150 CambridgePark Dr., a 140,582 sf, first-class office building located in CambridgePark. The three-building, 571,672-sf, master-planned office complex is located in the Alewife submarket.

WORCESTER, MA-Berkeley Investments Inc. closes on its acquisition of the Worcester Common Outlets, a one-million-sf outlet mall at 100 Front St. adjacent to Route 290. The Boston-based developer plans to build a two-million-sf development of housing, retail and office space on the site.
BOSTON-MassDevelopment leases up nearly 85% of the 22-story Leverett A. Saltonstall building at 100 Cambridge St. The 560,000-sf building was renovated by the quasi-public economic development authority and has half of its space occupied by the state.
