ANDOVER, MA-Security Source Inc. relocates its corporate headquarters from Peabody, MA to 41,000 sf at 200 Minuteman Park. The developer of inventory loss prevention software says the move will enable it to grow its employee base.
EVERETT, MA-Two leases, totaling 21,000 sf of space, are signed for 114 Wyllis Ave., a 38,250-sf building located near Route 16. With these deals, the building is fully occupied.
BOSTON-Roseland Property Co.'s proposal for a 585-unit residential complex at Pier One might be held up if the company doesn't work out a deal with the local pilots. The project still needs its final Chapter 91 license from the Department of Environmental Protection.
