ALBANY, NY-The entertainment retailer saw same-store sales up by 2% for the five weeks ended January 1.

FLORHAM PARK, NJ-The financing follows owner Advance Realty's recent $80-million buyout of its partner's interest in the 350,000-sf office campus. The former ExxonMobil complex was acquired four years ago.

WATCHUNG, NJ-The funding covers the 334-unit Crystal Ridge Club which was built in phases in 2002 to 2003.

SECAUCUS, NJ-The Meadowlands property moves into the portfolio of a Canadian-based company. The sale price was not disclosed.

JERSEY CITY-While the financial-services giant preps for a move back to Downtown Manhattan--which it had abandoned in the aftermath of Sept. 11--it reveals plans to stay put at Mack-Cali's Harborside Financial Center at least through 2013. The signing is part of a total of more than 361,000 sf of recent leasing activity at the 3.6-million-sf complex.

MORRISTOWN, NJ-The four separate deals cover three industrial buildings and a self-storage facility in Northern New Jersey. The largest is an $11-million package for a property in Wayne.

SAYREVILLE, NJ-The 400-acre site, part of a 940-acre redevelopment zone, is being acquired from NL Industries through a condemnation proceeding approved by the state courts.
