ANN ARBOR, MI-The school buys the 84,000-sf facility for $7.5 million to meet a bar association requirement, then renovates the building for 21st century use through tax-exempt municipal bonds through the Michigan Higher Education Facilities Authority.

DETROIT-The Lions' future home will also host large conventions, tournaments and other events, such as the 2006 Super Bowl that is expected to fill many of the 31,000 hotel rooms in the region.

BETTENDORF, IN-The $40-million facility will replace existing Trinity Medical building by late 2003. Albert Khan and Associates is doing the design and engineering work on Hammes Co.'s project.
