AUSTIN-Winternals now occupies 16,000 sf in Centre II, a 54,776-sf office building at 3101 Bee Cave Rd. in the southwest submarket. The sublease represents the firm's fourth expansion in the building.

AUSTIN-Energy Worx signs for five years in Bank One Tower, a 95.7%-leased, 21-story building at 221 W. Sixth St. The inbound tenant is a subsidiary of Southern Union Co., a Pennsylvania-based energy provider.
