AUSTIN-First Air Express becomes the first tenant in a 135,000-sf building as it signs one of the largest deals this year in Austin. First Air takes 59,400 sf for five years at McKall1 in the city's north central submarket.

AUSTIN-The city council, meeting until 3 a.m., adjourned without a decision on the 1,235-acre project in South Austin. Elected officials return July 11 for more community input on the Austin-based developer's plan.
