AUSTIN-AT Systems Southwest seals a 6,300-sf deal for the north central submarket while One Design's 20045-sf pact hangs a "no vacancy" sign on the 54,000-sf One Tech Plaza along Wells Branch Parkway.

AUSTIN-It seems Austin's convention center expansion was just what the World Congress of Information Technology was seeking. The host city could reap some $17 million in revenue from the big-draw conference.

AUSTIN-It's too early to tell if it's a trend, but it's at least a start. For the first time in a year, sublease space dips. Some 17,000 sf is pulled from available Austin space, says market watcher Mike Buls. The total now is 3.426 million sf.

SAN ANTONIO-Intertech Flooring renews a 12,800-sf lease with Denver-based ProLogis Trust. The Austin-based tenant has its San Antonio location in the three-building Perrin Creek complex in the northeast submarket.
