PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA-Pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly and Co. will build its newest insulin manufacturing plant in the County's Innovation @ Prince William office Park. Upon its estimated completion in 2007, the plant will house more than 700 employees.

YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, MI-K&M Engineering and Consulting Corp. of Arlington, VA plans to build a natural gas-fired plant to sell electricity to service providers. The project would be built on 20 acres bounded by two junkyards.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ-The old Million Dollar Pier, rebuilt almost 20 years ago to resemble an ocean liner, will be shuttered entirely for 18 months by owner Park Place.
