STAFFORD, TX-The Ludlow Co., a medical products distributor, is boxing up its wares and moving into more space at the five-building Southwest Techniplex. The firm has sealed a five-year deal for 37,772 sf in the flex office and distribution park.
HOUSTON-Tranwestern Commercial Services' Houston office is up and running on a new leasing assignment in the city's south central submarket. The 653,533-sf contract is for the eight-building Main Park Service Center and Main Park Distribution Center.
MIAMI-A new report by Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. shows vacancies at 14.6% in Broward, up 1.1%; and 14.2% in Dade, up 2.9%. Palm Beach County's vacancy rate moved down slightly in the second quarter from 12.9% to 12.8%.

ATLANTA-The 55-year-old, Toronto-based engineering, consulting and management firm, with a three-year-old Atlanta presence, is relocating its U.S. headquarters to 66 Perimeter Center East from Chamblee Tucker Road in July. The five-year lease has an estimated aggregate rent value of $2.1 million.
SOUTHFIELD, MI-The Chicago-based real estate firm focusing exclusively on the business space user moves to the center of Southeast Michigan market activity. The office previously had been located in Bingham Farms, MI.
LONDON-The UK's key regional office markets are now increasingly short of prime space. With little new space coming to market over the next year, rents are expected to rise, according to a DTZ report.
SAN ANTONIO-The Walsh, Anderson, Brown, Schulze & Aldridge firm is moving into an 8,655-sf spot in the premier 298,2890-sf One International Centre. The specialty law firm also has offices in Austin and Irving, TX.
