The sale consisted of a 422-room hotel in Atlanta, GA and a 237-room in Washington DC.

The REIT recently acquired a five-building portfolio for $34.7 million.

HSA Commercial has acquired a 68-acre land parcel at Wilmot Road and 136th Avenue in Bristol, near I-94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. The firm has already received approval to develop a multi-phase business park on the parcel consisting of three buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet.

The $25 million fund will deploy low-cost capital to qualified developers and sponsors.

CT acquired the 382-acre property within the Rickenbacker Industrial Park in a joint venture with Walton Street Capital. Construction financing will be provided by Bank of America.
