The recently completed property was acquired by Hudson Capital Properties, a New York-based company headed by the family that runs Hudson Media, the leading magazine distributor in the Northeastern U.S., as well as the nation's largest airport news and concessionaire.

In the past 24 months, Citimark has grown its southeast industrial portfolio from zero to nearly 1.1 million square feet across 22 buildings.

The joint venture has assembled approximately 232 acres in three phases for a state-of-the-art class A industrial park.

The property is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Packaging System. The building is situated on approximately 93 acres.
