GlobeSt.com UPDATE: Williams, CNL Sign $25M Lake Lanier Deal

Williams and his family add $13 million in cash to the purchase pot for all of the assets and operating rights to the 1,100-acre Lake Lanier Islands Resort, a 31-year-old Georgia recreational landmark. Williams previously bought only the operating rights to the property.
