CBRE managed planning, site selection, procurement, preparation, landlord approvals, permitting, installation, activation and closeout at 215 workplace and multifamily buildings across 11 states.

The new facility in the MetroWest suburb of Boston, which will open in 2021, will involve more than $40 million in investment in the new site.

Citizens Bank, through its Community Development Group, also reports it has provided $36.5 million in construction loans for three affordable housing projects in Massachusetts.

Berkadia arranged the sale and acquisition loan for the property located in Orlando's Winter Park suburb near Full Sail University, Rollins College and the University of Central Florida.
