The property, which will feature more than 450,000 square feet of office space, public amenities, retail and food and beverage outlets, will occupy a full city block, bounded by North Green, West Fulton Market, Wayman, and Halsted streets in the Chicago West Loop neighborhood.

Among the changes to the $30 million in grant funding include making some funding available to potential cannabis dispensaries and related companies that are considering locations in qualified South and West side investment areas.

The company's Denver office is located at 1801 California St. The company's new North American headquarters will be housed at its existing Chicago office at 250 South Wacker Drive. Functional support roles currently housed in several offices around the country will now be based in Milwaukee.

UNIQLO, a Japanese clothing designer and manufacturer, has signed a lease at Bridge Point 78 and will be one of the largest tenants in its six-warehouse, 3.85 million-square-foot complex.
