Brokerage firm Kiser Group reports that Dover Court Condominiums was acquired by Neriel Lagoon LLC, which plans to convert all of the units to apartments.

Industrious' Chicago Ogilvie operations at the 1.46-million-square-foot building at 500 West Madison St. will increase from 46,500 square feet to 93,000 square feet, due to what the company states is "overwhelming consumer demand."

The Sheridan at Oak Brook is expected to be completed in early 2021 and will create more than 100 jobs for community.

Brokerage firm JLL reports it arranged the 30-year, fixed-rate refinancing loan with Barings, on behalf of one of its managed accounts, for Hickory Street Capital.
