The prop-tech brokerage firm focused on net lease assets has opened its second office in the Western US.

The investor bought the 207,611-square-foot Quebec Square shopping center for $42 million.

IRET also has closed on the sale of its entire Topeka portfolio consisting of 1,042 multifamily homes for $82.75 million.

The fund is the firm's second workforce housing fund in two years and has a total buying power of $90 million in assets.
