Williams joins Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales after having previously served as a SVP with CBRE's Tampa multi-housing group. Earlier in his career, he was a director of real estate investments at Camden Property Trust.

The companies plan to acquire and manage seven to 10 additional assets.
