OVERLAND PARK, KS-The commercial real estate loan serving company will lease 133,000 sf of office space at the suburban office campus beginning in July, moving from 210 W. 10th St. in Kansas City.

ST. PAUL-After looking elsewhere in the Twin Cities, the public radio network will buy a nearby building and connect it to its current headquarters creating a new 150,000-sf complex.

MINNEAPOLIS-The $2.7-billion expansion was to include a new north-south runway by 2010. The carrier that accounts for the majority of flights at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is cutting 20% of its routes, however.

ST. PAUL, MN-A proposed property tax overhaul also would simplify and reduce the state's complex commercial-industrial property tax system. The plan also would restructure the corporate income tax.

INDIANAPOLIS-The REIT's $80 million in new developments include a 128,000-sf industrial facility for Eagle Inc. in Minneapolis. First-quarter activity also includes $54 million of new third-party construction contracts.

MINNEAPOLIS-Padilla Speer Beardsley will anchor the four-story, 80,000-sf building, which is part of city's plans to redevelop the riverfront. The site is part of a former railroad yard and has been vacant for years.

ST. PAUL, MN-The $10-million tunnel will connect a convention complex to the rest of Downtown. An agreement reached by the state and county this week clears up a title issue.

BURNSVILLE, MN-Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology has signed 11,000 sf lease in a 52,000-sf office building being built here by Kellison Co. An attraction is the building's proximity to Fairview Ridges Hospital.
