13 Aaron Way is the largest lot in the White Lake Commerce Park and the only one to feature direct access to rail siding. Tomco Construction plans to construct a modern industrial building on the site.

The New York City-based firm has signed a 15-year lease for 200,000 square feet of space and plans to relocate its corporate operations from Livingston to the Morristown building in late 2020.
