Sabey Data Center Properties agrees to rent the entire top floor of its Lower Manhattan tower, known as the Verizon Building, to the architecture firm for 20 years.

With this last round, bringing funding to total $260 million, the flexible workspace provider plans to go global.

The campus is currently used for administrative functions of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, which occupies four buildings on the site as well as the on-site power plant. In March 2017, ESD issued a Request for Expressions of Interest for the site.

Its first fund for this asset class also exceeded $1 billion when it closed in 2013.

In building its New York operations in the downtown location, the Walt Disney Company also sold its Upper West Side campus to Silverstein Properties.

Fisher Brothers extends its long-term lease with the investment banking advisory firm to 2034.
