The massive title insurance company is sticking with the SL Green Midtown Tower.

JP Morgan and Mack Real Estate are providing $294 million for the luxury condominium tower. Construction on the 22-story building that is being built by John Moriarty & Associates has begun.

"The sale was driven by a long-term absolute triple-net lease," says STREAM Capital's Phil DiGennaro. "The private buyer was in a large 1031 exchange and was drawn to the company's headquarters location outside of Pittsburgh.”

Newmark Knight Frank's executive managing director, capital markets sees more opportunities in the residential condominium market to sell debt.

"It's a carefully calculated risk," Dranoff told GlobeSt.com in 2016. "It's just a bullseye location, you just can't get a better location."

Earlier this year, Ideanomics consolidated its New York City offices into approximately 10,300 square feet of leased space on the 19th floor of 55 Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan. The company also has offices in London, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, China.
