Witkoff Group secured refinancing for two offices condos at 420 Fifth Ave.

The refinance bridge loan indicates the continues strength of New York metropolitan area industrial properties.

Construction on the $714-million project is expected to begin in 2022. The new pavilion that will total 438,000 square feet of usable space, will feature nine floors of cutting-edge technology and a design to provide patients and families with world-class acute care.

The lease deal at 100 Summer St. follows Ironwood Pharmaceutical's separation of Cyclerion Therapeutics, Inc. on April 1, 2019.

This is the first deal for the company in Philadelphia in several years.
