Scottsdale Jet Center currently leases 45,000 square feet of office space, 24,000 square feet of T-hangar space, tie-down spaces and shades. Planning for the new FBO terminal and 30,000-square-foot hangar is currently underway.

“Inaction on critically important infrastructure projects such as Gateway has serious consequences and the cost of delay is extraordinarily high for our nation. That's why it was so important to see the project first-hand and hold this field roundtable,” said House T&I Chair Peter DeFazio.

Executives at Citigroup and Barclays say they are interested in proptech companies destined to scale.

The expansion plan, which will provide more than 35,000 square feet of new space, will also include a fully renovated lobby and box office, additional space for its growing educational programs, two state-of-the-art rehearsal halls, a 400-seat theatre-in-the-round and a public restaurant.

The flexible office space provider's leases have already started at the Manhattan buildings, one in the Midtown South and the other in Chelsea.

The consumer products company is staying at Tishman Speyer's 300 Park Ave.
