NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The locally-based company has sold the 27,603-sf facility to a company specializing in the installation and engineering of telecommunications equipment. The Inland Empire continues to attract industrial tenants, even in the face of a sluggish economy.

SANTA ANA, CA-The five-year deal for 38,970 sf has been inked by a long-term tenant of the building. The transaction follows another recent office deal in Santa Ana, in which an office suite was leased for $1.2 million.

ANAHEIM, CA-The facility encompasses 55,000 sf. Buyers continue to snatch up industrial property countywide, as the industrial market has been keeping steady.

COSTA MESA, CA-Three of the projects are in Orange County and two are in LA. The deals cover a combined 780,000 sf of space. The others are in LA County, San Diego County and Sacramento.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Private developer Tim Strader Sr. and his partners win the planning commission's approval to build a 10-story office tower in Newport Beach. Under a new law, the project now also needs to win a public vote.

COSTA MESA, CA-A locally based developer has acquired a 1.6-acre parcel in Costa Mesa, in a deal valued at $1.3 million. The company plans to build a 26,000-sf office and retail project on the site.

IRVINE, CA-Irvine-based real estate giant Fidelity National Financial Inc. has inked a deal with e-commerce company VISTAinfo to combine both companies' assets into a jointly owned real estate services firm.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The Skylab Corporate Center in Huntington Beach gets pair of tenants through leases valued at a combined $7.3
