IRVINE,CA-Oce Printing Systems combines two existing offices in Irvine into class A space at Jamboree Center, expecting to make the move near year's end. The 10-year pact carries a $5-million price tag.

IRVINE, CA-Timeshare developer MPTV Inc. has renewed its permits to renovate five buildings at its Lake Tropicana timeshare resort near Las Vegas, which is planned to include 144 apartments in 22 buildings, a tennis court, a spa, swimming pools and other recreation facilities. MPTV is seeking funding to complete the project.

CYPRESS, CA-The manufacturing company inks a 62-month lease for industrial space at 6185 Phyllis Dr. The new tenant is joining current occupants Foxconn and GTECH in the facility.

LAKE FOREST, CA-The property is acquired by Sy Corp. of San Clemente in a transaction valued at $2.8 million. The company is using the facility for distribution.
