JBG Smith's newly-delivered office building is now 93% leased.

JBG Investment Fund IX, L.L.C. reports it has entered a 50/50 co-development partnership with Berwyn, PA-based LCOR for the Eckington Yards project located in Northeast Washington, DC.

The two firms sold the Solis Waverly, a 375-unit luxury multifamily property to Dallas-based Lan Properties/Lantower Residential for $84.4 million. They also traded the 194-unit Solis Ballantyne for $44.2 million to Continental Realty Corporation of Baltimore.

The James is a newly developed 236-unit apartment building located at 251 Admiral Cochrane Drive. The property was developed and constructed by JLB Partners in 2017.

The 1.64-million-square-foot portfolio was previously owned by First Potomac Realty Trust, which DSC founders and partners Douglas Donatelli and Nick Smith founded in 1997 and ran until 2015.

The three-story building is 100% leased on a triple net basis to CompuCom Systems Inc., with 14 years remaining on the lease.
