The Harbor Group is buying the 31-building garden apartment complex for $239,454 per unit.

Freddie Mac is very competitive with its ten-year offering in the affordable single-family rental home space.

The space, called “The Alcove,” was developed by the Rosslyn Business Improvement District and multiple local businesses including JBG SMITH and Streetsense.

It can now build an incremental 289,000 net rentable square feet for a total of 900,000 net rentable square feet of data center capacity.

The trophy office asset has traded twice in the last decade.

“This program allows the property owner to achieve the same returns via the workforce housing mezz loan as they would through a standard rent increase.”

The 937,000 square foot project will deliver in 2021.
