The non-profit criminal defense organization leases 34,000 SF in the Lower Manhattan office tower.

The brokerage firm expects that these Defense Department contractors will lead to strong leasing interest along the 82.8 million-square-foot Toll Road to Crystal City corridor.

The big retailer will add its high-tech delivery towers and grocery delivery service to nine more New Jersey stores, and grocery pickup at seven stores.
