Ezralow Co. has acquired a 200-unit apartment community in Paradise Valley for $56 million.

Baker Tilly signed an eight-year term to occupy the 40th floor of 50 Fremont Street.

The broker is also managing space for WeWork across the US.

The company immediately used the fund to acquire a $588 million portfolio of 10 suburban multifamily communities it had developed.

The superstores consist of 380 acres across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

The recent acquisitions expand the firm's last-mile portfolio by 864,000 square feet across coastal logistics markets.
