ABS Partners is marketing the 20,000 square-foot drive-in auto warehouse that's close to Hudson Yards.

The company adds the Dallas and Indianapolis acquisitions to its 49 property $250 million portfolio.

The joint venture partners will provide $2.5M in renovation upgrades to the two-building portfolio in Cary, NC.

“While it is clear that the hospital's current operation is no longer financially viable, we are both committed to working with potential investors to find support for the restructuring of Hahnemann and for protecting St. Christopher's Hospital for Children,” the governor and mayor stated.

The 12-story building is 96% leased to several tenants and has a six-level parking garage along with versatile floor plates.

Of the total second quarter leasing activity, more than 4.5 million square feet—or two-third of all deals— took place in Central New Jersey.
