Designed by internationally-recognized architectural firm Arquitectonica, One Island Park will generate more than $2.9 million in annual tax revenue to the city on a parcel that currently generates $10,500 a year in taxes.

Upon completion, the park will be the largest rail-served industrial mixed-use logistics park in the Midwest, and one of the largest in the country.

The portfolio comprises nearly 403,000 square feet in three Seattle properties: 333 Elliott West, Fourth and Battery located at 2401 4th Ave., and Third and Battery located at 2400 3rd Ave.
