MIAMI-Edgar Jones, who has headed the New York City-based company's Miami office since it opened in 2001, is named VP and Florida regional development officer. A regional director and senior construction manager join the staff.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-The Atlanta-based REIT now owns both buildings comprising the four-year-old Bridgewater Crossing business campus, originally built by Hines. Sanofi-aventis occupies more than half of the building just acquired. Sources puit the price at near to $80 million.

MUNICH-O2 plc, which owns mobile network operators in the UK, Germany and Ireland, leases Hines' 538,000 sf, 38-story Uptown Munchen office tower and 269,000 sf in three of four seven-story buildings that comprise the rest of the Uptown Munchen development.

SEATTLE-Hines' Sumisei US Core Office Fund acquires the 287,000-sf, 20-story office building from a partnership involving Irving, TX-based Archon Group LP. The building is approximately 80% leased.
