Cold Summit Development recently launched its first project, a 343,000-square-foot multi-tenant cold storage facility, a $60 million project located at 2800 Cedardale Rd. in Dallas.

PGIM Real Estate provided the 12-year, fixed-rate loan to CEDARst Cos. for its converted, 342-unit apartment complex, The Draper.

The North Woodbridge, VA mixed-use property, developed by the IDI Group Companies and Boosalis Properties, will comprise more than 900 apartment units and 160,000 square feet of retail.

Investors probably won't be able to buy CRE for pennies on the dollar but there are good opportunities out there.
